�� We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Recruiter – Hardware & Silicon Specialization
�� Onsite in Noida, India | �� Night Shift (PST hours) | �� Engineering-Focused

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team onsite in Noida, working night shift hours aligned to U.S. Pacific Time. This is a deep tech recruiting role — you will own sourcing, screening, and interviewing for highly specialized engineering positions in silicon, SoC design verification, formal methods, and embedded systems.

You must be confident speaking with senior engineers (10–15+ years experience), evaluating resumes critically, and managing full-cycle recruitment for teams working on SystemVerilog/UVM, CHI/AXI protocols, interconnect, cache coherence, and more.

�� You’ll be recruiting for roles like:

• Formal Design Verification Engineers (SystemVerilog, SVA, JasperGold)

• SoC/System IP Verification Engineers (UVM, ARM protocols, Coherent Interconnect)

• GPU & CPU Architecture Engineers

✅ You must have:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience recruiting hardware or embedded engineers

• Strong understanding of design verification, UVM, RTL, ASIC/SoC fundamentals

• Fluent English — both written and verbal (Google Meet interviews are part of the job)

• Experience working U.S. time zones and partnering with global hiring managers

• Ability to push back on weak profiles and speak intelligently with senior-level candidates

�� Shift: Night (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST | U.S. PST)
