Salary Range: $30.05-$43.27/hr

Schedule: Night Shift, PRN and Full Time


Position Summary:

This position offers a dynamic and rewarding role, providing essential care in a 6-bed Emergency Department within a Critical Access Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and coordinate care in the Emergency Department during the night shift
• Supervise nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of care
• Provide direct patient care, from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions such as heart attacks or strokes
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support for the nursing team

• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
• Current RN license with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience
• Maintain all required certifications as outlined in the scope of services for the assigned department
• EPIC EMR experience is preferred
