Job Description
Matchwell is hiring Respiratory Therapists (RTs) for one of our Acute Care partners in Northwest IN! See below for full details and benefits.
Salary Range: $48-$51/hr
Schedule: Contract (Days) or PRN, (Days) available
Position Requirements:
- Current and active RT License
- Current Tuberculosis screening
- Current ACLS, BLS certifications
- Hepatitis B, Influenza and COVID vaccinations or approved exemptions
- Background and Drug Screening
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient and recommend appropriate treatment plan
- Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
- Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
- Promote continuous quality improvement
- Teach and counsel patients/families
