Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for one of our Skilled Nursing partners in Calvert City, KY! See below for full details and benefits.

Salary Range: $35.00/hr

Schedule: Flexible, PRN, or Block 

Position Requirements:

• Active LPN License
• Current American Heart or American Red Cross BLS
• Current immunization records
• Current Tuberculosis Screening
• Background and Drug Screening

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and chart patients’ medical history and maintain complete records.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients’ care plan.
• Other duties as assigned.
