Salary Range: $37-$39/HR
Schedule: PRN/Flex 

Position Requirements:

• Current and Active IN LPN License
• COVID, Hep B, Flu Vaccinations
  
• Current BLS or CPR/AED Certification
• Current Tuberculosis Screening
• Background and Drug Screen

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and chart patients’ medical history and maintain complete records.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients’ care plan.
• Other duties as assigned.
