Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for one of our Skilled Nursing partners in Roanoke Rapids, NC! See below for full details and benefits.

Salary Range: $38.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Schedule: PRN

Position Requirements:

• Current LPN license in good standing
• Preferred experience in rehab and skilled nursing
• Current Tuberculosis screening
• Hepatitis B, Influenza, and COVID vaccinations or approved exemptions
• Background and Drug Screening

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and chart patients’ medical history and maintain complete records.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients’ care plan.
• Other duties as assigned.
