Salary Range: $45.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Schedule: Contracts or PRN

Position Requirements:

• Current and Active RN license 
• Flu and Hep B vaccinations or equivalent
• TB Requirement
• Varicella Vaccine
• MMR Vaccine
• 2 years of experience required

• Implements and monitors patient care plans
• Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
• Floats to other departments in the hospital, as needed
• Other duties as may be assigned.
