Matchwell is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Worker for one of our Skilled Nursing partners in Augusta, GA! See below for full details and benefits.

Salary Range: $40.00/hr 
Schedule: Contract 

You’ll be a perfect fit for this position if you:

• Must be licensed (LCSW) in the state of Georgia with a minimum of 3 years’ social work experience.
• Accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE)
• Current American Heart Association BLS
• Current influenza vaccination record
• Current Tuberculosis Screening
• Driver's license or state ID

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical social work services to assigned resident case load of residents and families.
• Performs as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provides psychosocial data, assessments and goals through comprehensive assessments and follow up.
• Facilitates support groups and therapeutic sessions with residents and families.
• Assists in program development and other facility services.
• Other duties as assigned.
