Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Hartford, KY!

Hourly rate - $36/hr

*Higher hourly rate may be offered for in demand shifts!*

Scheduling options: PRN, per diem, block or contract scheduling. 

Position Requirements:

• Current and active KY LPN License
• Current Tuberculosis screening
• Influenza and COVID vaccinations or approved exemptions
• Reference Check
• BLS or CPR requirement
• Background and Drug Screening

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and chart patients’ medical history and maintain complete records.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients’ care plan.
• Other duties as assigned
