Job Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience- current or within the last 2 years
  • if not recent, must have extensive bedside experience
• Current RN license in good standing 
• BLS and ACLS certification  
• Up to date standard vaccination records 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Medication Management
• Implementing clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with standards, policies, and practice guidelines 
• Assessing and developing individualized needs and plans of care.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Processes
• Demonstrate effective skills as a leader within the unit
