What we're looking for 

We’re hiring for a fast-growing US-based wellness brand known for premium, energetic, and human creative. You’ll be a Junior Graphic Designer who’s eager to learn, experiment, and create. Your focus will be email design, e-commerce visuals, and digital marketing assets that bring the brand to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design engaging, on-brand email campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and ongoing marketing communications.
• Build layouts and reusable templates in Figma, keeping every asset consistent.
• Create visuals for TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and other channels, including promotional graphics, flyers, and e-commerce listing images.
• Adapt and resize creative for different platforms, formats, and campaign needs.
• Work closely with the Head of Brand and the marketing team to turn campaign ideas into polished visuals.
• Export optimized assets and keep brand libraries, templates, and creative files organized.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of design experience (internships and freelance projects welcome).
• Proficiency in Figma, with a strong understanding of digital layouts and design systems.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of mobile-first design, plus attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and curiosity about AI image generation tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

• Experience designing marketing emails or e-commerce product images.
• Motion graphics skills.
• Experience working with CPG or DTC brands.
