What we're looking for 

We’re a US-based holding company behind several consumer brands, including a women’s haircare brand with vegan, science-backed scalp and hair care products. The products are sold DTC, on Amazon, and in major beauty retail stores. You’ll be the on-camera face of the brand on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shoot, edit, and post organic TikToks and Reels featuring the products we ship to you.
• Create evergreen content on your own, from idea and hook through filming, editing, and captioning.
• Edit footage our team captures at events and activations into fast, post-ready videos.
• Write strong hooks for the first three seconds of every video, using the framework we train you on.
• Track how each video performs on shares, saves, and engagement, and use those insights to improve.
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats, and manage your own content calendar and posting rhythm.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience creating short-form video for brands, creators, or your own accounts (strong personal accounts count).
• A natural, authentic, relatable presence on camera.
• Smartphone filming skills, including lighting, framing, audio, and product close-ups.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or a similar editor, including captions, trending audio, cuts, and basic color correction.
• A solid grasp of hooks, pacing, retention, and how TikTok and Instagram reward shares and saves.
• A portfolio of TikToks and Reels you created, filmed, and edited, ideally featuring products.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for beauty, haircare, or wellness products.
• Working knowledge of TikTok and Instagram analytics.
