What we're looking for 

A US-based online community and e-commerce business in the weight loss surgery space is looking for a senior paid media expert. The company runs active forums where people discuss diets, procedures, and bariatric topics, alongside a portfolio of 7 consumer brands. You’ll own paid performance across Meta and Google Ads, working closely with company leadership to grow brands that support people on their health journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Independently manage and scale Meta and Google Ads (roughly a 50/50 split) across all 7 brands.
• Own creative testing at volume: launch, analyze, kill, and scale quickly.
• Write ad copy and brief designers to create ads that resonate with the bariatric community.
• Troubleshoot account, catalog, and tracking issues across every brand.
• Manage ad accounts daily and drive performance outcomes from start to finish.
• Share performance updates in biweekly or triweekly check-ins with company leadership.

Requirements

• Senior-level, hands-on experience running both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and a high-speed creative testing mindset.
• Proficiency in Triple Whale, GA4, and pixel and tracking setup and troubleshooting.
• Shopify knowledge, including pixels, catalogs, and attribution.
• Organized and proactive working style, with active ClickUp use and strong communication skills.
• Availability from 9am to 2pm Eastern, with flexibility outside that window.

Nice to Have

• Agency background or experience managing multiple brands at once.
• Experience advertising in health, wellness, or other policy-sensitive categories.
• Interest in the health and wellness space, or in community-driven brands.
