About Proppel

Proppel is a recruitment agency connecting top talent across the US, Canada, and Latin America with opportunities at some of the most exciting companies in the world.

Whether you are looking for your next role or the right move to advance your career, we will make it happen.

What we're looking for

A fast-growing US-based e-commerce consultancy, founded in 2026 by two ex-Amazon leaders, is hiring one of its first full-time team members. They help a wide range of brands, from early-stage startups to large established names, grow on the biggest online marketplaces. This is an operations role focused on catalog and listings.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own catalog health and listing quality across Amazon and Walmart, turning product pages into high-converting listings through strong titles, bullets, images, and A+ content.
  • Drive discoverability and sales with keyword research and listing optimization in Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar tools.
  • Protect revenue by quickly resolving suppressions, setup errors, ASIN reinstatements, and stranded inventory before they cost sales.
  • Win and hold the buy box by running promotions, keeping pricing competitive and consistent, and keeping FBA inventory flowing.
  • Keep Shopify catalogs clean and consistent across titles, collections, tags, and inventory, so every channel tells the same story.
  • Be the source of truth for catalog performance, maintaining a SKU-level tracker, keeping Notion up to date, and delivering weekly client-ready updates.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on ownership of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, where you were accountable for results, not just supporting from an agency seat.
  • Proven expertise in case management, suppression resolution, A+ content, and FBA workflows, with real wins you can point to.
  • Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar tools, and the confidence to turn spreadsheet data into clear action.
  • A sharp eye for detail that spots duplicate listings, attribute errors, and content gaps before they cost visibility or sales.
  • A true ownership mindset: you work independently, raise blockers early, and keep your work visible without being chased.
  • Strong written and spoken English, clear async communication, and availability during at least US Eastern afternoons.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Walmart Supplier Center or Walmart Connect.
  • Experience managing Shopify catalogs.

Benefits

  • Competitive USD salary.
  • 100% remote work.
  • 10 days of Paid Time Off + 11 US Holidays (interchangeable for local ones when needed).

Notes:

*You are applying to work with an international company. Make sure your CV is in English, otherwise your application can't be considered.

*We consider candidates from all around LATAM.

*If you don't have a formal portfolio, please share a Drive with various samples of your work.

*Please note this is a contractor position: As a contractor, you are responsible most of the time for managing your own contributions to social security, health insurance, and any applicable taxes or obligations in your country of residence. This can vary depending on the client. For contractor FAQs, please visit our website.
