What we're looking for 

You'll join a fast-growing US-based wellness brand that creates science-backed, premium products for women in their late 30s to 55. The team is small, close-knit, and moves fast, with no real hierarchy. This is a brand-new role to bring the influencer program in-house from an agency, and you'll own the whole lane.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the influencer process end to end, from outreach and budget strategy by creator type and audience to negotiation, contracting, and briefing.
• Write scripts for paid usage content, with strong hooks the video editor can cut up for ads.
• Work side by side every day with the Paid Media Video Editor and Media Buyer, and get creator approval on edited cuts.
• Build partnerships that connect to your influencer work, like sampling, collab giveaways, email partnerships, and in-store activations.
• Set partnership goals for the rest of the year and work to hit them.
• Support about one event a quarter, usually with a partner brand, with vendors handled externally.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing influencer programs end to end, including budgets, negotiation, and contracts.
• Experience creating influencer content for paid usage (no organic-only experience, please).
• Partnerships experience, such as brand collabs, sampling, giveaways, or event partnerships.
• Premium CPG experience in beauty, health, or traditional CPG, with products priced around $100 or more.
• Big ideas and the confidence to bring them forward, with a same-day mentality and no analysis paralysis.
• Strong communication skills, a hustler's mindset, and availability outside working hours when needed.
