What we're looking for 

A venture-backed, US-based Series A startup is building an agents lab for creative work, a collaborative workspace where people and AI agents generate, edit, and orchestrate images, video, and audio together. They're looking for a Generative Media Specialist to produce high-quality AI images and videos for their own brand and for their customers. You'll work where creative craft meets cutting-edge models, and what you learn will directly shape the product.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create AI-generated images and videos based on customer briefs.
• Build creative workflows using the company's platform and the latest generative models.
• Experiment with prompts, models, and techniques to get the best possible output.
• Turn creative concepts and references into polished, on-brand assets.
• Produce multiple variations and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Share learnings that help improve the product and the team's creative processes.

Requirements

• Power-user experience with AI image and video tools, including hands-on work with Higgsfield and Magnific.
• A portfolio of AI-generated work that shows strong creative taste.
• A solid understanding of composition, branding, storytelling, and visual quality.
• The ability to move quickly across different creative styles and customer requests.
• A resourceful, detail-oriented approach and a habit of constantly testing new models.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• A background in creative direction at DTC brands, especially for paid social.
• Location in a time zone close to US Eastern Time.
