What we're looking for 

We're partnering with a performance marketing agency managing 65+ active ecommerce clients across full-service (media buying plus creative) and creative-only retainers. They're hiring a Project Manager to support client delivery under the guidance of their senior PM team. This is a growth role: with time, you'll take on more client ownership and move toward running accounts independently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support day-to-day coordination for a portfolio of ecommerce clients.
• Assist with content coordination and spend tracking across accounts.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Media Buying, and Creative Operations to keep deliverables moving.
• Learn the agency's reporting tools and internal workflows so you can run them on your own.

Requirements

• Some experience in an agency, client-facing, or project coordination role (internships count).
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple small tasks at once without losing track.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Attention to detail when tracking budgets, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Eagerness to learn, taking direction well while asking questions when something isn't clear.

Nice to Have

• Interest in e-commerce or paid media.
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Slack, or reporting dashboards.
• Exposure to performance reporting or campaign tracking.
