What we're looking for 

Join a fast-growing DTC swimwear and fashion brand that's redefining the online shopping experience for its customers. This company is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to help run the day-to-day operations of their Shopify store, keeping the site polished, accurate, and ready for every new collection launch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the Shopify backend daily, keeping products, collections, navigation, and site content accurate and up to date.
• Make front-end updates, including homepage tiles, collection pages, merchandising, and promotional messaging.
• Prepare and QA the website for new collection launches every 3 weeks (products, images, pricing, tags, and navigation).
• Maintain product information (pricing, inventory, descriptions, tags, and merchandising attributes) and perform listing QC across sales channels.
• Merchandise collections by color, print, style, and launch priorities, and manage sales and markdown updates using Bulk Editor.
• Conduct regular website QA across desktop and mobile, checking product pages, navigation, filters, cart, and checkout.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store (backend and front-end merchandising).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with product data, tagging, and categorization.
• Experience with Bulk Editor or similar bulk-update tools.
• Ability to coordinate with copywriters and cross-functional teams on content requests.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with recurring launch deadlines.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce QA processes across devices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in DTC fashion, apparel, or swimwear ecommerce.
• Familiarity with product photography organization and PDP image selection.
• Exposure to email or campaign merchandising workflows.
