What we're looking for 

A fast-growing, family-focused health and wellness brand is looking for a Senior Graphic & Brand Designer to join its marketing team. The company creates thoughtfully developed nutritional products for babies, children, teens, and families, and believes parents should never have to choose between products their kids will actually take and ingredients they can feel good about. You will work directly with the Creative Director and collaborate with creative strategists to turn marketing concepts and briefs into polished, on-brand creative. The role begins with a 90-day paid, hourly period, with the intention of transitioning the right candidate into a full-time position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design static creative for paid advertising across Meta and other digital marketing channels, taking ownership of select ad concepts from exploration through final execution.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to interpret briefs and develop effective visual solutions, adapting concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and placements.
• Create branded content for organic social media, email, e-commerce, packaging, website, and landing pages.
• Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other marketing platforms.
• Design internal presentations, campaign decks, mood boards, creative briefs, and pitch materials, plus print materials like event collateral and product inserts.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations, and participate in creative brainstorms to pitch new visual ideas.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals and a clear creative point of view.
• A thoughtful eye for typography, composition, color, hierarchy, imagery, and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus comfort working in Canva and Figma.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments at once.
• The ability to work quickly and thoughtfully within an established brand system, and to receive feedback and apply direction efficiently.
• A proactive, resourceful attitude with a genuine interest in branding, advertising, and consumer behavior.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with short-form video editing or motion design tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• An interest in health, wellness, nutrition, parenting, or mission-driven consumer brands.
