What we're looking for 

A fast-growing US-based DTC apparel brand known for a humorous, playful, and slightly bro-y brand voice is looking for a fast, creative Graphic Designer to join its paid social creative team. This is a chance to turn briefs, raw photography, and inspiration into scroll-stopping static ads seen by thousands of shoppers every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create a high volume of static paid social ads based on weekly creative briefs assigned through Monday.com.
• Turn raw product photography, lifestyle imagery, copy, references, and creative inspiration into polished, performance-focused ads.
• Build multiple iterations and variations of winning concepts for testing.
• Quickly incorporate creative feedback and produce revisions.
• Support the team with email graphics, website assets, and promotional graphics during busy periods.
• Use AI tools as part of your daily creative workflow to generate concepts, imagery, backgrounds, and compositions.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of static advertising creative, ideally for DTC, e-commerce, fashion, apparel, or consumer brands.
• Experience designing specifically for Meta, Facebook, and Instagram paid social.
• Excellent understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, and direct-response advertising.
• Ability to work quickly and turn briefs into multiple strong concepts without requiring significant hand-holding.
• Comfort designing across different visual styles rather than relying on one aesthetic.
• A strong sense of internet culture, memes, humor, and what makes someone stop scrolling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, AI image-generation tools, and Monday.com or similar platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and Claude as part of a creative workflow.
• Experience with Google Pomelli.
• Experience with Midjourney, Nano Banana, or other AI image-generation platforms.
