What we're looking for 

A fast-growing performance marketing agency is looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialist to support their affiliate operations across multiple brand clients. This company has built a platform that brings the strategies and funnels used by big brands to smaller stores, in the most accessible way possible. You'll execute the day-to-day work that keeps affiliate programs running, from building outreach lists and contacting creators to reviewing content and keeping the pipeline moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Research competitor brands and build targeted affiliate outreach lists to identify potential creators for each client.
• Send and manage cold email and DM outreach to recruit affiliates, following established templates and workflows.
• Review incoming affiliate applications by watching their content and assessing whether they're a good fit for the brand.
• Approve or flag affiliates based on content quality, audience relevance, and brand alignment.
• Coordinate with affiliates to ensure they're creating and posting content on schedule, and support the team in boosting top performers through TikTok Spark Ads.
• Set up and manage TikTok Shop, including product listings, troubleshooting violations or listing errors, and syncing logistics correctly across Shopify and TikTok Seller Center.

Requirements

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and the TikTok Seller Center.
• Experience with affiliate or influencer outreach, including cold email.
• A good eye for content quality and the ability to judge whether a creator fits a brand.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple outreach pipelines at once.
• Comfortable working independently and following structured processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience at an e-commerce or digital marketing agency.
• Exposure to TikTok Spark Ads or paid social amplification.
• Familiarity with outreach tools such as Instantly or Apollo.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop outreach tools like Euka, Cruva, or Reacher.
