What we're looking for 

We're partnering with a fast-growing US-based fashion and apparel brand to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to own their paid marketing creative. This is a hands-on production role centered on Meta ad assets. You'll turn brand and campaign direction into performance-ready creative at scale, working with real autonomy alongside the in-house paid marketing lead and content strategist.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design static ads and GIFs for Meta paid social campaigns and other paid advertising channels.
• Handle short-form video edits to support paid social content.
• Ensure every asset meets vendor specs, including correct file compression and naming conventions.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently while staying current on emerging design and social trends.
• Attend weekly video check-ins to align on priorities, feedback, and campaign needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing for paid social, ideally creating Meta ad creative.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma (required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, plus experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
• Basic video editing skills for short-form social ad content.
• A strong eye for brand consistency, layout, and current design trends.
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work independently and reliably.
• Strong organization and attention to detail around technical delivery specs.

Nice to Have

• A background in fashion or apparel.
• Experience with adjacent formats like email design.
