What we're looking for 
We are a fast-growing US-based performance marketing agency that partners with forward-thinking DTC brands to scale through performance media, storytelling, and digital experimentation. We are building an internal software platform that powers reporting, pacing, performance dashboards, marketing integrations, and live AI-assisted data interactions across our client portfolio. We are hiring a React Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and improve internal tools for dashboards, reporting, pacing, integrations, campaign workflows, and AI-assisted data interactions.
• Develop clean, responsive, user-facing features in React and TypeScript, including data grids, chat interfaces, and operational workflows.
• Build and maintain backend services in Go, including APIs, SSE streams, WebSocket flows, workers, and data processing jobs.
• Work with PostgreSQL, SQL migrations, relational data models, Redis, and background task queues.
• Maintain integrations with major marketing and data platforms, supporting webhook ingestion, syncing systems, and reporting pipelines.
• Partner with Paid Media, Analytics, Creative, and Operations teams to turn real business problems into reliable tools.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience building full-stack web applications.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Strong backend development experience, with Go,  Python, Java, or Rust.
• Solid grasp of PostgreSQL, SQL, and relational data modeling.
• Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, background jobs, and debugging across the stack.
• Clear communication skills and ease working with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redis, Asynq, or similar worker and task-queue systems.
• Experience with SSE, WebSockets, or event-driven, real-time UI.
• Experience with LLM-powered products, agent tools, or chat interfaces.
• Experience with TanStack Router, Query, or Table, or advanced data-grid interfaces.
• Experience with Better Auth, OAuth, or multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Experience integrating with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify, or AppLovin, or a background in agency, ad tech, or martech.
