What we're looking for 

You will join a fast-growing performance marketing agency working with multiple US-based DTC brands. The team is highly results-driven, fast-paced, and focused on producing high-impact creative that drives revenue. You will work alongside experienced creatives, growth managers, and editors in a culture that values speed, ownership, and sharp thinking. You are expected to operate independently and contribute at a high level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate daily creative concepts and angles for multiple DTC brands.
• Write high-converting ad copy and scripts for paid social.
• Develop clear and actionable creative briefs for video editors.
• Analyze performance data and iterate quickly to improve results.
• Research competitors and trends using tools like Meta Ads Library.
• Collaborate with creative, growth, and production teams to align strategy and execution.
• Deliver weekly iterations on the top-performing concepts.

Requirements

• Proven track record creating content that drives online sales for DTC brands.
• Strong direct response copywriting skills.
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and performance creative.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude for ideation, research, and scripting.
• Ability to produce high volumes of creative without sacrificing quality.
• Strong judgment to evaluate what makes an ad perform or fail.
• You have hands-on experience using Atria and Motion in your day-to-day workflow.

Nice to Have

• Experience working at a DTC brand or performance marketing agency.
• Background in creative production or video editing.
• Familiarity with image generation tools like Nano Banana.
