What we're looking for

We are a premium US-based direct-to-consumer supplement brand helping people live healthier lives through science-backed, clean, and effective products. We test, optimize, and innovate constantly, and we are looking for an AI Video Editor to help scale high-volume direct response creative for paid social. This is a production-first role, centered on editing, post-production, and AI-enhanced creative rather than filming, working closely with Creative, Growth, and Marketing partners to move campaign velocity forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Produce high-quality paid social performance creatives across UGC edits, AI creative, AI UGC, mini-VSL, and VSL formats.
• Optimize pacing, hooks, and CTAs for conversion, delivering high output with minimal revision cycles.
• Integrate AI video tools into your workflow to accelerate production and elevate quality, building both AI-forward and AI-assisted realistic creatives.
• Continuously test new AI workflows to improve performance in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• Partner with creative strategy to execute briefs, attend creative meetings, and align closely with creative leadership on feedback.
• Act as a point of contact between the creative lead and external editors, supporting operational efficiency and creative throughput.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing direct response performance creatives for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Strong grasp of conversion-focused editing, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, and CTA structure.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation and enhancement tools inside real production workflows.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent, plus working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
• Experience with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Google V3/Gemini, NanoBanana, and Sora.
• Comfort collaborating with creative strategists, growth teams, or performance marketers, and participating in real-time feedback sessions.
• A portfolio (required before the interview) showcasing your AI compatibility and creativity.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced AI platforms such as Sora, Kling, or emerging generative video tools.
• Familiarity with open-source AI workflows or technical experimentation across AI ecosystems.
• Background supporting or coordinating external video editors or creative contractors.
