What we're looking for

A fast-growing US-based men's health brand is looking for a Senior Designer specializing in static ads to join their Growth Marketing team. Their mission is to help men feel like themselves again, starting with natural support for healthy testosterone. This is a full-time contract role (40 hours/week), fully remote, working closely with creative strategists and copywriters to ship scroll-stopping, high-converting ads across Meta and other paid channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design high-converting static ads (feed, story, and carousel formats) from briefs and copy docs.
• Turn winning concepts into fresh variations with new layouts, visual styles, formats, and hooks.
• Balance brand consistency with performance, prioritizing native-feeling ads that stop the scroll over polish.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters on fast, iterative turnarounds.
• Build and maintain Figma templates, components, and libraries that speed up ad production.
• Stay current on static ad trends across the DTC landscape to inform your design choices.

Requirements

• 4+ years designing for performance marketing or DTC brands, with a portfolio of static ads that performed on paid social.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (required).
• Strong grasp of direct-response design, including visual hierarchy, readability at feed size, and hooks that land at first glance.
• Comfort producing at volume without sacrificing craft, since speed and iteration are part of the job.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines in a remote environment.
• A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a drive to continuously improve.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Notion and Slack for communication and execution.
