What we're looking for

A beloved, category-defining US-based D2C craft brand with a passionate community of over 250,000 fans is looking for a Director of Growth. This is a fully remote leadership role where you will own the entire new-customer acquisition engine, from channel diversification and creative direction to product positioning and go-to-market strategy for new launches.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own new customer acquisition end-to-end across paid media, creative, and emerging channels.
• Lead channel diversification efforts to reduce reliance on any single acquisition source.
• Set the creative direction for acquisition campaigns and work hands-on to test, iterate, and scale what works.
• Shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy for new product launches.
• Diagnose performance problems yourself and personally drive solutions, not just delegate them.
• Partner closely with the marketing leadership team as one of three vertical owners within the marketing function.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in DTC growth and customer acquisition.
• A hands-on, doer mentality. You can personally build, launch, and troubleshoot campaigns, not just set strategy from above.
• The ability to diagnose and solve problems independently, without needing a large support team.
• A thoughtful, low-ego, execution-focused working style.
• Comfortable operating in a demanding, fast-moving environment with high standards.
