What we're looking for

Our client is a fast-growing US-based beauty and skincare brand with a thriving community of creators and affiliates, and they are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Influencer Program Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of their influencer and affiliate marketing programs. You will be a key point of contact for creators, keeping outreach, gifting, affiliate setup, and reporting running smoothly for the whole team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the influencer program inbox as the first point of contact for creators, talent agents, and affiliates, responding with professionalism and urgency.
• Build and maintain outreach lists and source new creators for the team to reach out to (roughly 50 per week).
• Set up and onboard new affiliates, keeping creator profiles, commission structures, and discount codes accurate.
• Support creator platforms, including ShopMy, LTK, Superfiliate, and Archive, uploading and maintaining profiles for UGC tracking.
• Use Shopify to create creator orders, generate discount codes, and coordinate gifting logistics, so creators receive products on time.
• Pull influencer and affiliate program reports and help track campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, partnerships, or a related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing or customer service role, with excellent written and verbal English.
• A strong understanding of the creator landscape and social media platforms.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal oversight.
• A fast learner who is comfortable picking up new tools and platforms quickly.
• Comfort working with creator platforms, e-commerce tools, and marketing technology.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Superfiliate, ShopMy, LTK, Archive, or Shopify.
• Passion for the beauty and skincare space and for building authentic creator relationships.
