What we're looking for

A fast-growing US-based company that builds and grows a portfolio of consumer brands across the United States and Canada, creating engaged communities through giveaways, exclusive deals, and rewards, is looking for an execution-focused lifecycle marketer to own day-to-day email and SMS across their brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own day-to-day email and SMS execution across the company's portfolio of brands.
• Build and own campaign copy with AI assistance (using existing prompts and templates), sending it through for review.
• Create briefs and work closely with the creative team to shape how emails look and feel.
• Monitor new email acquisition and own lifecycle and post-purchase flows.
• Run A/B testing and optimization, tracking standard email marketing KPIs.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience executing email and SMS campaigns with Klaviyo.
• Comfort working with numbers, reporting, and performance metrics.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and genuine willingness to learn.
• Ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent English, as you will collaborate with a US-based leadership team.
• Familiarity with email and SMS platforms (ideally Klaviyo and Postscript), design tools like Figma, and project management tools.

Nice to Have

• Agency, startup, or high-growth environment experience.
• Exposure to digital products.
• Based in Buenos Aires (preferred, not mandatory).
