What we're looking for

A fast-growing performance marketing agency is looking for a Creative Lead to own paid social creative strategy for a small portfolio of high-spend DTC brands. This is a judgment and direction role, not a hands-on design role. You decide what gets made and why, then direct the people who make it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own creative strategy end to end across two to three high-spend DTC accounts, from concept through brief through iteration.
• Read performance data and independently plan the next round of creative, rather than waiting to be told what worked.
• Translate metrics like hook rate and retention curves directly into clear creative briefs.
• Brief and direct in-house designers, editors, and creators, plus freelancers brought in for specific work, holding a quality bar without doing the hands-on production yourself.
• Present creative, learnings, and what's coming next on standing client calls (roughly two to four hours per week).

Requirements

• A genuine background in DTC paid social creative strategy, specifically on Meta and TikTok.
• Strong AI aptitude (the most important trait here). You already use generative tools for concepts, variants and rough cuts, and you know when not to use AI, not just how to.
• Experience briefing and directing designers, editors and creators.
• Confident, fluent English and comfort presenting to clients.
• A high ownership mindset. You take work through to completion.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or ChatGPT for concepting, at least one generative image tool, at least one generative video tool, and a creative analytics platform such as Motion.

Nice to Have

• Experience having built or used internal AI tooling, even informally.
• A sense for handling AI-generated content sensitively around influencer likenesses.
