IT Support Specialist – Travel Agency Experience Required

Location: Brentwood, CA – Onsite | Pay: $30.00–$40.00 per hour | Full-Time 
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for a travel company. 

• Provide hands-on IT support for Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, Wi-Fi, hardware, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot user accounts, applications, connectivity, and workstation issues.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding and equipment setup.
• Manage help desk tickets and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain IT inventory and assist with updates, security, and equipment deployment.

• 2–3+ years of IT support experience in a Travel Company.
• Experience with Sabre/GDS systems –  strongly preferred. Remote-support experience are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, Wi-Fi, and IT troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to branch offices when needed.
