Travel Company is seeking an experienced IT Associate to join its onsite technology team.
We're looking for someone who has 2–3 years of IT support experience within a travel agency or TMC and enjoys providing exceptional technical support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll:
• Support desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, printers, VPN, and network connectivity
• Manage help desk tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
• Assist with employee onboarding, system access, and equipment deployment
• Help maintain a reliable technology environment that keeps business operations running smoothly
