Director of Sales – Groups & Charters (North America)
Remote - US
Compensation $100,000-$120,000 + performance-based bonuses

Europe River Cruise company is seeking an experienced USA Director of Sales to drive revenue growth across the U.S. and Canada through group and charter sales. This leadership role is ideal for a sales professional with cruise or tour operator industry experience, strong travel industry relationships, and a proven track record of growing revenue and leading high-performing teams.

Key Requirements:

7+ years in cruise, tour operator, or travel industry sales
3–5 years leading sales teams
Strong relationships with tour operators, travel advisors, and agency partners
Experience developing sales strategies and exceeding revenue targets
CRM and sales analytics experience
Ability to travel up to 30%
Ability to work in office office at least four times per year
Must reside in the United States
