Entertainment Production Travel Agent

About the Role:

We’re partnering with a leading entertainment travel firm in the Los Angeles area to find a seasoned Entertainment Production Travel Agent. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and has deep experience managing complex travel logistics for TV, film, or commercial productions.

You’ll be joining a team known for their white-glove service, attention to detail, and ability to navigate the unique demands of production travel.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and book all aspects of production travel, including air, hotel, ground, and VIP arrangements

Manage high-volume, fast-changing itineraries with precision and professionalism

Work closely with production teams, talent, and crew to anticipate and meet travel needs

Provide exceptional, white-glove service while staying calm under pressure

Utilize Sabre daily to book and modify reservations

Liaise with vendors and preferred partners to maximize value and ensure a seamless travel experience

Stay ahead of production schedules, last-minute changes, and unique travel requests

What We’re Looking For:

Must have experience booking travel for entertainment productions (TV, film, commercials, etc.)

5+ years as a travel advisor, with significant time spent in a production environment

Proficiency in Sabre is required

Deep understanding of the entertainment industry’s pace, expectations, and protocols

Ability to deliver high-touch, white-glove service to high-profile and VIP clients

Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
