Junior Travel Agent – Entertainment, Corporate & Leisure

About the Role:

We’re recruiting on behalf of a top-tier entertainment travel firm in Los Angeles, CA that is growing their team and looking for a motivated, Sabre-savvy Junior Travel Agent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their travel career who’s eager to learn and grow in the world of entertainment, corporate, and leisure travel.

You’ll be working alongside some of the best in the industry, gaining exposure to high-profile clients, complex itineraries, and fast-paced booking environments — all while being supported and trained by a team that’s invested in your success.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in booking and managing air, hotel, and ground transportation for a variety of travel types  from red carpet events to corporate retreats to luxury vacations

Support senior agents with itinerary creation, changes, and vendor communication

Use Sabre to research, reserve, and modify bookings

Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and client satisfaction at every step

Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and promptly

Learn the ins and outs of entertainment and corporate travel logistics

Grow into taking full ownership of client accounts over time

What We’re Looking For:

1–5 years of travel industry experience (some entertainment or corporate exposure is a plus)

Working knowledge of Sabre is required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow within a team

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Will demonstrate a high level of initiative and drive to succeed
