Full-time, Permanent (40 hours/week)
Shifts: Weekend and evening work on a rotating basis
Job Purpose:
Seeking a dynamic, driven, and focused Reservations Agent. You will play a key role in booking travel and hitting sales KPIs. There may also be opportunities for overseas travel to other offices, depending on performance and eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales calls, understand customer needs, and offer expert cruise and land holiday solutions
Provide exceptional customer service, adapting your approach to each call
Close sales and offer alternative solutions when needed
Meet/exceed KPIs, including Conversion Rate, Margins, Data Capture, and Call Handling
Make accurate cost calculations and provide quotes promptly
Complete booking process and administration accurately
Work as part of a dynamic team, collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
Follow compliance guidelines, including FTC, state Seller of Travel laws, and data protection policies
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Travel industry experience beneficial, but not essential (full training provided)
Sales environment experience (call center preferred, but not essential)
Foreign language skills useful but not required

Flexible to work weekends and extended hours
High attention to detail
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet navigation
