Job Description
Permanent (Includes weekend and evening work on a rotating basis)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and oversee the daily performance of the Sales/Reservations team to meet performance targets.
Prepare and motivate the sales team, ensuring delivery of key messages for the day.
Compile, analyze, and report on sales figures (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to inform strategies.
Provide feedback to the Product Department regarding calls and challenges encountered.
Attend virtual “bridging” meetings to share valuable information with other departments.
Evaluate the performance of the Sales team through call monitoring and feedback on successes and areas for development.
Monitor individual and team QA and error scores to ensure accuracy and quality.
Report on staff attendance, absences, and handle Return to Work processes.
Manage pre and post-sales customer service escalations in a professional and timely manner.

Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margins percentage and calculations.
Previous experience in the travel industry
