Job Description

Job Purpose:
Lead and manage global aviation operations, ensuring effective air procurement, customer journey improvements, and achieving profit targets while minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and control budgets to meet profit goals through various revenue streams.

Manage operational and purchasing aspects of aviation with the Aviation team.

Develop and implement strategies for air procurement and enhancing the customer air experience.

Ensure minimal risk on ticket issues and recover air revenue refunds.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key airline partners and consolidators.

Lead tenders for GDS providers and consolidators.

Improve system efficiencies and processes as needed.

Manage commitment risks and stock levels to support product strategy.

Manage, motivate and develop direct reports as well as the wider team.

Drive upsell initiatives to enhance margin and concierge workflow.

Collaborate with the UK team for coordinated efforts across departments.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

Extensive experience in commercial aviation.

Strong relationship management with external providers.

Proven expertise in air procurement and GDS systems.

Experience in leading high-performance teams.
