Welder – 3rd Shift

Join a team where your welding skills directly impact product quality and production success. trak group is seeking a Welder to support fabrication operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG (GMAW) and FCAW welding on carbon and structural steel
• Read blueprints and measurements to complete accurate welds
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools to meet production standards
• Follow safety protocols and assist with additional shop tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of MIG welding experience (weld test required)
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience welding in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical)
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

Position Details:

• Setting: 100% onsite
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:15 AM (some Saturdays as needed)
