We’re searching for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer to join our customer's in-house software engineering team. What You’ll Do
Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Express.Lead technical architecture decisions and enforce best practices for code quality and testing.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.Drive innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience.2+ years of experience working with a startup or in a rapid-growth environment.Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js frameworks.

Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.js.Proven track record of working with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).Deep understanding of frontend architecture and state management.Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript and strong typing practices.Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Familiarity with serverless architecture.Experience with performance optimization and web vitals.History of contributing to open-source projects.AWS certifications.

LocationWe're based in Charlotte, NC and looking for a team member to work in our offices 5 days a week.
