Job Description
We are looking for a Systems Administrator that is a subject matter expert in Citrix! This person will be responsible for providing world class technical support for the technology department, employees, and the financial organization’s customers. System implementation, configuration, administration and technical support of the IT infrastructure.This person will be responsible for providing support for IT Infrastructure Helpdesk team and Systems Engineer. Responsible for support of Windows Server 2008-2016, Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, SAN, minor LAN/WAN/WLAN changes, Microsoft Exchange, anti-virus, patching, firewalls and any other IT infrastructure needs. Responsible for performing repairs, system additions, and providing technical support utilizing vendors, product support teams, change management team, and IT management. Perform testing and studies as directed in support of IT infrastructure-related systems. Responsible for working and closing tickets assigned to you and Systems Engineering team to meet technology SLA’s. Provide 24/7 support of IT Infrastructure systems, including weekends and after-hours support on a rotational basis. Report and monitor IT Infrastructure systems performance and usage with current engineering support tools. Work closely with other engineers, help desk technicians, outside consultants, customers, and other employees in a productive and pleasant manner. Explain, promote, and sell the products and services. Participate in outside community events. Adhere to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program. Other duties as assigned by the Network Services Manager or other bank management.
