Job Description

The Senior Client Executive is a permanent position and will be responsible for helping lead the technology sales efforts of the company, from a staff augmentation perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through new customer acquisition and existing customer retention
  • Create proposals that meet customer needs while maximizing profits
  • Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure maximum return on investment
  • Analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions to maximize market share
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams, external partners, vendors, and clients
  • Provide guidance on best practices for successful sales cycles

Job Duties Include:
  • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment.
  • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices” and providing accurate, thorough documentation on applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
  • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide exemplary customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads.

  • Educational and Experience Qualifications:
    • Must have a desire to build a career in sales
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, Sales or related field preferred
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character
    • A desire to learn and teach
