Job Description
Thinkfind is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance the day-to-day functionality of the core Salesforce platform and associated tools. This role involves configuring profiles, roles, flows, validation rules, and custom fields; deploying features from sandbox to production; supporting end-users; maintaining account team assignments; performing data loads and cleanups; and collaborating with the team on bug fixes and project completions. You will also assist in training users and support the future migration of CRM data to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Ideally, you will be a certified Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in platform configuration and user support. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage data efficiently, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred, as is the ability to clearly communicate and train users across the organization.
