Job Description

Thinkfind is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Science & ML Operations to support the Network Strategy, Design, and Innovation department through the development and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure and machine learning pipelines. This role will design, implement, and deploy data pipelines and backend infrastructure to support AI and ML initiatives focused on enhancing system efficiency. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models, automate deployment processes, and ensure robust, scalable performance in production environments.

Ideal candidates will have strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience building data pipelines and deploying machine learning models. Experience with PySpark and Databricks is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate advanced analytical skills, solid communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desired. A background in analytics or computer science, along with experience in ML lifecycle management and deep learning, will be highly beneficial.
