Job Description

The expansion of a Wealth Management Firm has created an opening for an Accountant. If you are a recent college graduate with an interest in the family office industry, Please Apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with the internal team and vendors to effectively meet the requirements of the position
  • Process accounts payable for domestic entities
  • Prepare detailed schedules summarizing cash activities and balances
  • Reconcile and maintain various general ledger accounts
  • Support the month-end close processes and generation of quarterly reporting statements
  • Working with the team to improve financial procedures
  • Other special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and payables software
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and possess a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines
