We are looking for a friendly and driven Account Executive (AE) to be the main point of contact for retailers. This role oversees sales, brand marketing, and distribution functions.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate with the highest integrity, have strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude with a drive to succeed
- Tackle account issues with a problem-solving mindset and strong negotiation skills
- Use your proven track record in key account management to sell premium products and build lasting relationships that drive revenue and profits
- Provide excellent customer service and be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail
- Hit or exceed your revenue targets by nurturing existing accounts and actively seeking new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, buyers, dispensary managers, budtenders, and other important stakeholders
- Leverage data and analytics to inform your decision-making, develop winning strategies, and measure performance
- Contribute to the achievement of company-assigned KPIs related to sales, distribution,n and brand awareness
What You’ll Have:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
- 2+ years of experience in managing Key Accounts, with a successful sales record
- 1+ years of sales experience within the cannabis industry
- An excellent understanding of cannabis qualities and strain differentiation
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
