A growing, omnichannel lifestyle and wellness company is seeking a Creative Project Manager with a passion for storytelling and visual arts! This role will manage creative processes across Marketing, Visual Design, Branding, and Social Media.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience facilitating efficient workflows, improving team collaboration, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project development, from concept to completion
- Collaborate with diverse teams to bring ideas to life
- Develop critical timelines and key milestones in the creative development process
- Oversee resource management, ensuring the right creatives (designers, animators, editors, illustrators, DPs, etc.) are assigned to the right projects while balancing workloads
- Support the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots, managing timelines, logistics, and budgets
- Facilitate overall marketing roadmap planning, ensuring projects maintain momentum and hit delivery targets
- Implement and manage project tracking tools to streamline workflows, track progress, and flag potential roadblocks
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, particularly in creative or design-focused projects
- Working knowledge of creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and provide feedback clearly
- Leadership experience managing creative teams or cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and ensuring the integrity of the creative vision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of key social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and how creative content is optimized for each
- Experience with project management tools and the ability to implement best practices for tracking creative workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate creative needs into clear action plans
