This international powerhouse is seeking a motivated, Spanish-speaking Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to oversee the financial planning and analysis function for its international division. The FP&A Manager role requires a strong cross-functional collaborator with a solid record of contributions leading to improved financial performance and enhanced internal controls and forecast modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with precision and insight.
- Develop models that turn complex data into clear, strategic decisions.
- Monitor operating and capital budgets and key performance indicators and prepare financial analysis, reports, and presentations.
- Help integrate and enhance OneStream reporting, analytics, and dashboarding.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models to forecast future performance and alternative scenarios.
- Partner with leadership to analyze performance, identify trends, and optimize profitability.
- Lead variance analysis, dissect financial results, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate across departments to improve reporting, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets.
- Present financial reporting to leadership, including variance analysis and ad hoc reports.
- Support M&A activities, capital investments, and strategic initiatives with financial expertise.
- Travel to Mexico 20% of the time to build relationships and ensure seamless financial operations across regions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish with the ability to collaborate across borders is required.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Prior experience with OneStream is a huge plus
- Ability to influence and communicate complex financial concepts to all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to travel to Mexicali 20-25% of time
- Experience in multinational or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Remote- must live in the United States
Compensation range $120,000 - 160,000 + bonus
