  • Guard margins/P&L but have empathy to help solve business problems
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our business and our market to help derive and execute ideas to grow our business in areas such as product expansion, new revenue models, and M&A
  • Proven ability to attract talent and build high-performing teams across FP&A and strategic business partner roles
  • Build operations that can scale. Leverage modern FP&A platforms, and experiment with AI to give us the ability to build a world-class finance team

  • 10+ years of strategic finance experience (including operating experience at a well-established SaaS or other high-growth technology startup or company). Experience with product/marketing-led growth businesses is highly desired as well as experience in private equity or investment banking
  • Proven track record of creating insights that help drive company performance, margin expansion, and growth
  • A proven leader with experience managing high-performing, diverse teams with multiple direct reports covering different areas of business
  • Experience distilling complex ideas and financial models into actionable recommendations, enhancing communication across the organization
  • Capable of setting and owning the annual plan and our operating budget, balancing competing priorities, and interfacing with senior leadership
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional partners at all levels in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your ability to influence and drive decision-making
  • Excellence in financial modeling and analytics and familiarity with FP&A platforms such as Adaptive Planning
