We're looking for a Senior Manager of Corporate Consolidations & Reporting to step into a pivotal role at the heart of our finance team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the corporate consolidation process, manage the preparation of key financial reports, and drive efficiency through a world-class consolidation function. You'll help transform the way they tell their financial story—and ensure that story is told with clarity, precision, and insight.
What You’ll Own:
- Spearhead the global consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations, cost allocations, and preparation of financial statements.
- Guide your team to produce timely, accurate consolidated reports for both management and external reporting purposes.
- Take full ownership of intercompany transactions, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
- Partner with technical accounting to manage the preparation of consolidated cash flow statements.
- Drive process improvements, streamlining the close and reporting cycle to improve speed and accuracy.
- Analyze and report on financial data, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Lead your team with a focus on performance, ensuring high-functioning collaboration and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- A CPA with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions in complex business environments.
- Proven expertise with OneStream or similar financial consolidation systems is required.
- A track record of leading and transforming teams to deliver excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on precision and detail.
- A drive to continuously improve processes and implement efficiencies across functions.
Compensation up to $165,000 + bonus *
