Job Description
As a Senior Financial Analyst at this organization, you will have your finger on the pulse of the organization. This is a chance to work in a highly visible role for a large company with a large presence in the Los Angeles area. As a member of a diverse and talented finance team you will support the decision-making process by providing data and financial information, analysis, financial planning, and performance management for a multi-billion dollar organization. The Senior Financial analyst will act as the FP&A leader for your specific operations, spearheading the financial forecast, budgeting process, close and strategic analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately while working closely with accounting during month-end
- Complex account reconciliations and forecasting
- Develop financial and operational analyses to support growth and profitability objectives
- Trend analysis and recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with management teams and site operations to identify, measure, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action.
- Evaluate and support pricing efforts and design pricing models
- Evaluate financial issues and provide necessary solutions and recommendations; conduct and interpret complex research to evaluate alignment with the business strategy
- Coordinate and gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, customer acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements and operating forecasts
- Work creatively with multiple business functions such as Operations, Sales and Pricing to identify and support revenue growth and cost saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting, or budgeting
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with Adaptive planning is a huge plus

Compensation $95,000 - $115,000
